What's your favourite view of Spetses? The view from Zogheria across the rock in the sea, which is named Petrokaravo ‘Rock-ship’, as the rock is the shape of a ship) to the mainland beyond.

Which time of year or season best suits you on Spetses - why? The summer, as I love to be busy working and seeing Spetses full of people.

Where would you choose to live if not Spetses? Kavala in Macedonia, northern Greece. The scenery is truly spectacular there.

Austria and Italy, as they are both extremely beautiful countries.

Elena Paparizou will be singing ‘MY NUMBER ONE’ for Greece’s entry in the EUROVISION SONG CONTEST on the 21st May 2005. We wish her the best of luck!  * Shortly after this interview with Antonis, Elena did win the 2005 Eurovision and Greece celebrated with her!

What, in your view, is the best part about life on Spetses? The peace and tranquillity of the winter months and the liveliness and warmth of the summer months.

I absolutely adore this man and his brother. When I lived in Spetses when I was a young girl, they used to make me my very own dishes. I used to call him Phil as he reminded me of Phil Collins. I hope he is still there with the restaurant when I return next year.
