Athina's Apartments comprises four self-contained apartments located in the centre of the town (Ayios Mamas) twenty metres away from the Town Beach. Situated in a quiet, leafy residential area, minutes away from restaurants, bars and transport whilst being protected from noise and traffic. The property is accessed by a quiet foot path with three long, low steps. Its location also has the added advantage of being on a little-known shortcut to the Old Harbour (Palio Limani) five minutes away, passing by the beautiful old sea merchants’ mansions that stand above the coast road.

All of the accommodation is comfortable, well maintained, simply decorated and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning, TVs, fridges and cooking facilities are provided in all apartments, each kitchen also has a kettle and toaster. The rooms are twin-bedded (except otherwise indicated) with plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Upon request a crib, cot and playpen are also available for babies and toddlers. All of the spacious balconies are fully furnished with wrought-iron or PVC tables and chairs. House-trained pets are always welcome.

Apt 1: A Studio for 2 with large dining kitchen and bathroom/WC with  a full-size bath tub. Apt 2: 2 room apt for max. 4 guests, large living/dining room inc. kitchen unit, bedroom, bathroom with shower. Sofa-bed in the living room (small dbl) sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children, with room to add a camp bed for an older child or adult. Ideal for a family with small children, as the sofa-bed in the living room can be retracted during the day leaving plenty of space to play. Apts 1 and 2 share a 25m2 terrace with view overlooking walled garden.

Apt 3:  2 bedroom apt sleeping 4 guests. 1 bedroom with a dbl bed. Kitchen unit in the entry hall, bathroom with shower, large private covered balcony facing approach to property. Apt 4: A spacious 75m2 2 bedroom apartment with living room, dining kitchen with full-size fridge/freezer and small oven and a bathroom with full-size bath. It sleeps 6 guests very comfortably (could accommodate more if extra beds requested). It has a large sea-facing balcony that is accessed from all rooms incl. the kitchen overlooking the Town Beach and the harbour.
