This Spetses villa can be rented in its entirety for a large group of friends or the residences can be rented separately for couples and families. Ayoclima (honeysuckle) is a big stone-built villa of Greek traditional character and unique architectural elements which consists of a three-story building facing northeast and of an independent cottage. The beautiful surroundings offer a peaceful and cool environment, although situated in the heart of Spetses town. Harmony, good taste, respect for traditional techniques and great care for detail, are the main characteristics of the villa.

Daphne is a ground floor studio with great character and atmosphere, accommodating 2-3 persons. Very large bedroom with dbl bed, W.C/ Shower, fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. If needed, a sgl bed or cot can be provided. Elia is a stone-built cottage to sleep 4 persons with 2 bedrooms (one a loft) couch for 5th person, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a rustic fireplace. The thick stone walls, open wooden roof, handmade terracotta floor and tailor-made iron and wooden furniture, convey a special warmth and beauty to Elia.

Myrtia and Ambelos are on the upper floors of the main building and if needed, intercommunicate. Myrtia has 2 dbl bedrooms (1 twin) one a loft, a luxurious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a consecutive living room/dining room. Ambelos has 2 dbl bedrooms (1 twin) a couch for a 5th person, spacious luxurious bathroom, a W.C/Shower, fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining room/living room, separated by a stone built arch. Both residences are decorated with antiques and have access to verandas with marvellous views of Spetses town and the sea.

Ayoclima Residences can accommodate 18 guests including room if needed, for a housekeeper or nanny who can reside in an independent studio named Rodia, with kitchenette and W.C/Shower, also ideal for a lone traveller. The beautiful garden adds charm to the villa with fruit trees, colourful plants and perfumed flowers.
