Bringing on Spring 2010

Spring in Spetses is wonderful! This spring (so far) has been warm and sunny. You could almost say that it has been hot on some days, during the hours of 12 noon and 3pm. The temperature has ranged between 10 - 25 degrees celsius and sitting out in short sleeves during these hours has browned some of the whitest arms.

However, as soon as the sun goes down, it has been quite cool and jumpers and jackets have been a must for the evenings. The spring flowers are in full bloom now, with swathes of colour across the countryside - the most prominent being yellow margaritas and bright red poppies, with mauve rock roses growing along the waysides at intervals. Enjoy these spring photographs. If you have any to add, then please send them to us.
