Condillia II is efficiently run by Caterina, friendly and helpful and always on hand to help with any enquiries. It has recently been completely renovated inside. All rooms and studios have been uniquely and tastefully decorated in Neo-Classical style. Ideal for holiday makers requiring a quiet holiday, within easy walking distance of beaches and the forest. Child friendly, perfectly safe for outside play, being situated on a quiet country back road. It is also a perfect location for those attending seminars and courses at the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School (Anargyrios College).

Condillia ll has a ground floor and first floor. The first floor has 6 dbl rooms each with private balcony bathroom (shower), fridge and facilities for coffee. Balconies are: 3 north facing, with superb views of the sea and the mainland and 3 south facing, with views of the lush green hills and the forest There is also one large communal veranda. The ground floor has 3 dbls and 1 trpl room (3 sgl beds) each with private bathroom, balconies and kitchenette. Also a spacious 1 bedroom apt (2 beds with extra bed if needed) with separate kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and 2 verandas.

All rooms are fully air conditioned. Cleaning is every day and a linen and towel change is every five days. There is also a reception area with TV, comfortable sofas, kitchen and bathroom for guest use.To the left of the entrance, there is a shaded communal BBQ area, with seating and tables for guests to get together at any time of the day. Younger children are welcome to use the swing positioned close by. Caterina’s husband, Andreas Tasioylis is a General Surgeon and has a small clinic on site.

Distances from Condillia II:100 metres to seafront and nearest beach;12 minutes by foot to the Dapia (the main harbour and centre of Spetses town);5 minutes by foot to the edge of the beautiful pine forest;3 minutes by foot to the bus stop located on the seafront road. The bus runs every hour, westwards, to the beach of Ligoneri and hourly to the Possidonian jetty just before town;3 minutes by foot to the children’s local playground, which is located by the bus stop;8 minutes by foot to the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School;10 minutes by foot to Kaiki beach for watersports.
