Takis Karanicolas, a local Spetsiot who moved to Australia 35 years ago, has just opened the brand new Olga’s Apartments, together with his wife, Andrea. They provide luxurious accommodation focusing on their clients total relaxation.

Ideally situated in the Kastelli area, just three minutes from a good local taverna and and a short walk to the town, each of the four spacious apartments have magnificent sea views. They also provide easy access to the pine tree hill paths that provide beautiful walks across the top of the island.

Stylishly designed, each apartment sleeps 4 people and if necessary, can accommodate an extra folding bed. They each offer fully equipped kitchens with cooker, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster. olga Apartments are open all year, but open in winter for long rentals only. Prices can be negotiated either on a nightly basis or monthly or yearly.
