The house was built on a plot of land in 1963 and is situated in the old harbour (Palio Limani) 10-15 minutes walk from town (Dapia). The house is unique amongst traditional Spetses architecture with a roof terrace where on can sunbathe, relax and entertain. There is a fixed dining table with seating for 10-12 persons and cushioned built-in benches around the walls. There is also an enclosed kitchen area with portable twin hob electric cooker and fridge.

Unlike its modern contemporaries the house was constructed in the old Spetses tradition to a family style with solidly built outer walls and marble floors which keep it cool in the summer. The house is under constant supervision internally and externally. It has a bright and breezy ambience.

There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 on the top floor and one on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have south facing balconies, one with its own exit to the upper patio and roof terrace and the other one west facing. There are three bathrooms, two of which have been completely modernized on the upper floor and one in its original state on the ground floor.

There is a large double reception room, kitchen, dining area, two storerooms and garden patio. Also an outdoor shower in the backyard for those who prefer a refreshing after swim wash. The house is fitted with electric fan heaters in all rooms for winter use and a log fireplace. Logs are ordered at the beginning of the winter season.
