The Royal Wedding of Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Tatiana Blatnik

There have already been many different stories regarding this high profile wedding of the year in Greece. Was it to be in London, like brother, Prince Pavlos and wife Marie-Chantel, or perhaps in Porto Heli on the Greek mainland? Then the date was conflicting - the 3rd, then the 4th September and in a popular Greek magazine it is still being reported as taking place on the 24th August. Well, King Constantine of Greece finally put all the rumours to rest by announcing that his son, Prince Nikolaos will marry his long term love, Tatiana Blatnik on Wednesday 25th August in SPETSES!

Tatiana, an events planner for Diane Von Furstenburg in London, was born in Venezuela and is 29 yrs old. She was educated in Switzerland and her mother is German and her father Slovenian. She is also the grandaughter of Ellinka Countess von Einsiedel. Prince Nikolaos is the second son of King Constantine and Queen Anne-Marie. The couple have been dating for six and a half years. The wedding will be a huge affair and many royals from around the world will be attending.

The couple, who reside in London, are already floating around on their yacht in the waters between the mainland coast and Spetses. Often seen on the Dapia for an early morning coffee or browsing round the local shops, they are just a week off their big day. They are in good company, as also spotted walking along the Spetses seafront this week was Leonardo DiCaprio! He too was not actually staying on the island, but stepping ashore from a yacht with supermodel girlfriend, Bar Refaeli, every day.
