Xenia Apartments are situated on a quiet back road, just five minutes walk away from Ayia Marina beach. They are also within easy walking distance to the beach of Garifalo and the old harbour. There are three good restaurants in very close proximity and the nearest supermarket is just five minutes away. The town can also be reached easily and is a fifteen minute walk. The building houses four spacious apartments, which are self-contained and fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Views from the south of the building are beautiful – green pines and olive tress in the hills behind.

On the upper floor, both apartments have one bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep another two persons, if required. Each apartment has a large living room/dining room and a spacious and airy kitchen. Verandas are accessed from the bedrooms. One apartment is front facing and the other is back facing with a pleasant view of olive trees and cypresses.

On the ground floor, both apartments have two bedrooms - one double and one twin. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which means that 5 people can stay quite comfortably. The living room/dining room and open plan kitchen area is extremely spacious. Doors open out on to a huge sunny courtyard outside, with a marvellous view of the hills close behind. All four apartments have bathrooms with shower and bath. They are also air conditioned and have TV.

There is ample room at Xenia and the whole area is spotlessly clean and very well cared for.Cleaning is every other day, with full sheet change.
