Condillia II is efficiently run by Katerina - friendly and helpful and always on hand to help with any enquiries. All rooms and studios have been uniquely and tastefully decorated in the Neo-Classical style. It is ideal for holiday makers requiring a quiet holiday, within easy walking distance of beaches and the forest. It is child friendly, being perfectly safe for outside play as it is situated on a quiet country back road. It is also a perfect location for those attending seminars and courses at the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School (Anargyrios College).

Condillia ll has a ground floor and a first floor. The first floor has six double rooms each with private balcony, bathroom with shower, fridge and facilities for coffee. Balconies are: Three north facing, with superb views of the sea and the mainland and three south facing, with views of the lush green hills and the forest. There is also one large communal veranda. The ground floor has three doubles and one triple room (with three single beds) each with private bathroom, balconies and kitchenette. There is also a spacious one bedroom apartment, with two beds (and an extra bed if needed) with separate kitchen area, two bathrooms and two verandas.

All the rooms are fully air conditioned. Cleaning is every day and a linen and towel change is every five days. There is also a reception area with TV, comfortable sofas, kitchen and bathroom for guest use. To the left of the entrance, there is a shaded communal BBQ area, with seating and tables for guests to get together at any time of the day. Younger children are welcome to use the swing positioned close by. Katerina's husband, Andreas Tasioylis is a General Surgeon and has a small clinic on site.

Distances from Condillia II:

100 metres to seafront and nearest beach;

12 minutes by foot to the Dapia (the main harbour and centre of Spetses town);

5 minutes by foot to the edge of the beautiful pine forest;

3 minutes by foot to the bus stop located on the seafront road.

The bus runs every hour, westwards, to the beach of Ligoneri and hourly to the Poseidonion jetty just before town;

3 minutes by foot to the children's local playground, which is located by bus stop;

8 minutes by foot to the Anargyrios and Korgialenios School;

10 minutes by foot to Kaiki beach for watersports.
